What to do if you are getting an error 403
Error:
Error 403 Forbidden is a temporary ban on the user IP for simultaneous log in attempt. It will come up after the third attempt. The ban will be lifted after 45 mins from last message.
Scenario: User can try password twice. If still getting bad username/password error, user should use “Forget Password” to reset.(this is to avoid the 403 error)

The system will then send a reset password link on the account email. Follow the prompts on the link to reset.
If user does not receive the link, contact the LaserApp admin on the Broker Dealer side to verify the account. Admin can also reset/recreate the account if needed.
