Resolution:
Uninstall and reinstall LaserApp
*The LaserApp Enterprise can be downloaded from our website, https://www.laserapp.com/cgi-bin/lasusers.cgi . Type in the activation code provided to login to the account.Once logged in, you will be on the Account Details, go to Software Downloads tab and click on the Download Link under Full Installation program.
Allow the application to run and follow through the setup wizard with the “Next” until “Finish”. When the software launches, choose “Software Activation” and type in the code to register.
