Turn Off Two-Step Verification
You can turn off two-step verification for your account at any time. Docusign will keep your verified authentication methods on file for use in account recovery, password reset, and re-enabling two-step verification.
To turn off two-step verification:
In your Docusign account, select your profile image and choose Manage Profile.
Select Privacy & Security.
If required, log in to your account to authenticate.
In the Sign-In Security section, toggle off two-step verification.
