Retrieve Documents Managed in Carrier ECM

At various times during a case’s lifecycle, Resonant will need to access documents attached to the case. Examples include attaching an insert to a Correspondence letter, attaching a document to an email, or sending a document to a third-party service, such as sending a signed HIPAA to an APS vendor.

When the document is externally managed in the carrier’s ECM, Resonant has the capability to export the document to temporary local storage for access by the requesting function.

Base Product Export Process

Resonant’s base product assumes a simple HTTP GET RESTful service is available. The interface allows for a custom adapter implementation.
