Pipeline and Performance Reports
All reports are calculated and displayed on the application screens in real-time against current data and are divided into two categories, Pipeline and Performance.
- Pipeline Reports: Contain data pertaining to open, in-progress cases.
- Performance Reports: Contain data about the past performance of closed cases. Most performance reports contain menu options to filter on specific time periods.
