Pending Case Status Services
iPipeline’s Resonant produces pending status case files that can be consumed by any authorized third party, including productized integration with iPipeline’s Agency Integrator. Resonant’s Pending Case Status Service offers real-time case status upon request, either for a supplied policy number or for all pending policies associated with a supplied agent number. This service is often used by Agent Portal applications, external aggregators, CRMs, and others to provide a case status back to agents, brokers, and other stakeholders in real-time.
Information Returned for Single Application
Entering a policy number, case number, or agent number returns a list of all known requirements on the given application and their associated status information, including:
- Requirement code
- Contact information
- Requirement details
- First name
- Last name
- Requested date
- Due date
- Fulfilled date
- Requirement status
Information Returned for Multiple Applications
If a list of policy, case, or agent numbers is submitted, the following additional information about the application is also returned:
- Annual Payment Amount
- Insured First, Middle and Last Name
- Owner First, Middle and Last Name
- Application Received Date
- Overall policy status (e.g. New, Submitted to Underwriting, Approved…etc.)
- Underwriting Decision
- Decision Reason
- Face Amount
