Agent Validation

The Agent Validation feature is used to check if the agents on record are licensed and appointed to sell the applied-for business in the contract state. It is also used to acquire other pertinent information about the agent, including contact information, agency affiliation, and requirements ordering preferences.

Agent Validation Implementation

The Agent Validation includes a standardized abstract implementation, data model, user interface, and workflow best practices, with the expectation that most carriers have proprietary web services to their agency system.
