Underwriting Process Filters for permanent life insurance products

You can now search for iSolve permanent insurance products that offer accelerated and/or and instant decision underwriting process for your current client.  iSolve will match up your current quote against the carrier’s rules for eligibility for each of the advanced underwriting processes that they offer.  This capability has been available for term insurance products in LifePipe for a couple of years. Carriers have recently applied the faster processes to permanent insurance products, prompting iSolve customers to request extending this capability into iSolve.

On the Quote landing search page, users can choose up to three underwriting process categories to search for – traditional, accelerated, and instant decision.

When proceeding to the results page, the quotes are tagged with new, non-traditional underwriting processes (accelerated or instant decision) if this client would be eligible for this specific product quote.

The Underwriting process filters can be adjusted right on the results page in the left-hand filter panel, so that you don’t have to return to the Search page to narrow the results down further or see other products.

To make quoting more efficient, users can set their preferences for underwriting process eligibility filters. This is especially helpful if they always like to start by searching for something other than any (all three) underwriting process.
