Now Available – iGO Customer Portal Training Information for the Agent Through iGO! – January 2021

While the Customer Portal itself is only accessible to agencies and carriers, we heard loud and clear the requests to give iGO users access to materials located on the portal.

 

Now available through iGO, once a user is logged in, they can access materials currently located on the Customer Portal. This provides users with information they can use to answer their own questions without having to reach out to anyone. We are excited to announce that the materials are based off the most common questions and issues, so we expect this to greatly help users complete their iGO applications and signature processes.

 

What might the user say to indicate that they should access the iGO Help Section?

“This is my first iGO application, where should I even start?”

“Where can I go to learn more about iGO without having to talk to anyone?”

“I think you showed me this before, but how do I do that again?”

You asked and we heard you, and we are excited to offer up the agent accessible iGO Help section through iGO called the Agent e-Application Help desk!! Now you can point your users to a place where they can watch videos and read articles to teach themselves how to do something rather than having to reach out to you and your team for help.

Once a user is logged into iGO, they can access the Help section in the upper right-hand corner and select iGO Help. This will direct the user to an area filled with iGO FAQs, videos and knowledge articles showing them an overview of the system along with targeted trainings for specific questions or needs.
