“On Behalf of Many” Functionality
The “On Behalf of Many” functionality allows a secondary user to log into Illustrations and iGO on behalf of many primary user(s). Authorized secondary users have access to proactively start new Cases, view existing Cases, and modify Cases on behalf of the Primary user, with no need for a username and password.
