“On Behalf of Agent” Functionality
The “On Behalf of Agent” functionality allows a secondary user to log into Illustrations and iGO on behalf of a Primary user. Authorized secondary users have access to proactively start new Cases, view existing Cases, and modify Cases on behalf of the Primary user, with no need for a username and password.
