Forms/iGO Integration

An iGO e-App tab optionally displays at the top of the Forms engine. Selecting this tab offers the option to automatically authenticate into iGO, where users can create a new case or view their My Cases dashboard.

Additionally, an iGO e-App toggle option displays for applicable searches. If the search criteria results in a form that is supported in iGO, the iGO e-App toggle is enabled, which offers users to be directed into iGO right from their FormsPipe application.
