iGO Go/No-Go for OPTerm Drop Tickets with Banner Life
iPipeline is excited to announce a new change that will provide you with an enhanced workflow experience and efficiency in submitting OPTerm Drop Tickets with Banner Life (Legal & General America) – while providing you with control over the overall process.
Effective today, May 4, 2022, iPipeline completed the integration for the iGO Go/No-Go enhancement into Banner’s Horizon digital platform for the BGA community.
What this means for you:
- You maintain control of the workflow with your digital submission
- You will be able to view, approve or decline an application prior to its release to Banner Life
- All applications will be automatically routed to the Case Manager (or other designees within your BGA) for Go/No-Go disposition
- The Case Manager will have the opportunity to review the application information – before approval — for accuracy, including the Banner Life BGA Code
- Approved cases will be routed to the Proposed Insured to complete the application in Banner’s Horizon digital platform
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- To ensure proper processing and attribution, each advisor will need to enter their own Social Security Number (SSN) prior to submitting a case for the BGA to approve/decline.
- In the event that Banner was turned off in iPipeline, each advisor will need to reauthorize within his or her profile
