Document Management
Insurance applications typically require supporting documents, such as the Part 1 Application, HIPAA Form, and EFT Authorization, that must be managed throughout the application process. These documents may be obtained from imaging, evidence vendors, directly from users, or generated by the correspondence component.
To streamline this process, Resonant offers a full-featured document management component to manage all the documents associated with each case. All documents are visible as an integrated part of each case and are attached to their respective requirements. When a document is received, it is automatically attached to the correct case requirement, when applicable. Any documents that cannot be matched are assigned to a document queue for manual indexing.

Integration of Third Party Document Management Systems
Carriers may also use their existing enterprise content management system, such as FileNet or OpenText. In these cases, a suite of integration services is available for managing the necessary back-and-forth indexing and transmission of documents.
