Custom Fields

Carriers can capture additional data elements on the consumer pages (e.g. EFT bank and routing numbers) through custom fields that pre-fill PDF forms in their policy package. Custom fields can also be provided in the incoming 189 XML transmitted to DocFast so that Carriers can provide additional data elements to display on the consumer portal pages, as well as map to their PDF package.

Custom fields are defined as any data element that is not already included in the DocFast base platform.

Note: This feature requires carriers to upgrade to the NGSD consumer portal experience and project implementation before it is enabled for a carrier customer.
