Overview
Directly from within XRAE, you can send case information to carriers and others in your network.
Messaging a Case
1. Click the Messaging button in the navigation tree on the left side of the screen.
This brings you to the Messaging Screen. On this screen you can choose who to send the message to as well as a list of messages sent from this case.
2. Choose to either Send to Carrier or Send to Others.
Send to Carrier
After choosing to Send to Carrier, you are brought to the Send Case to Carrier Screen.
- Use the checkbox to select which carriers will receive the case information.
- Once all selections have been made, click the Send Email
Send to Other
After choosing the Send to Other Button, you are brought to the Send Case to Others screen.
- Use the drop-down menu to select who, within your organization, will receive the case information.
- Once all selections have been made, click the Done
- Finally, click the Send Email button to send the email.
- Click the Send me a copy button to receive a copy of the case information in your inbox.
