Overview
For companies utilizing a Single-Sign-On connection to the iGO Admin Tool, a ‘View Forms’ option can now be enabled, allowing company iGO Admins to see and download the documents associated with a completed iGO case.

In order to take advantage of this:
Certain information needs to be included in the SAML request for the user authenticating via SAML:
a. The RelayState will need to be adjusted for these users to: https://admintool.ipipeline.com/main.aspx
b. The Session data will need to include the following for any user SAML sent in which the user needs access to this View Forms feature:
