Book of Business: Participating Tier II/POV Processing Carriers
Overview
Participant carrier must subscribe to AFFIRM for Annuities Tier II process to be available to work with their target broker dealers to make their POV (Book of Business) data available for sub pay order entry. Broker Dealers (Distributor) must engage DTCC/Participating carrier to initiate or stop POV data feeds to iPipeline. Only POV data for carriers with a valid Tier II license will be in scope and available to the Broker Dealer on Book of Business Dashboard and/or subpay/IFT order entry from Book of Business Dashboard.
Distributors must request that DTCC send iPipeline a copy of their POV data. Additionally if distributor is not receiving POV data from a participating carrier, distributor must engage that carrier and request that they setup POV data feeds via the DTCC.
Note carriers must also configure Product/Distributor Profiles (PPfAs/DPfA) accordingly to enable subpay or other inforce transactions for appropriate product Cusips in both Test and Production environments.
