Prescription History

Customers may now integrate their iGO e-app with the Milliman Intelliscript prescription history solution. The solution allows a user to gather prescription information on an individual, and then review the results in the iGO e-app. This allows carriers to get the full picture of a user’s prescription history. It also helps mitigate fraud from potential applicants.

In order to request the prescription history, a user must have the following data points:

• SSN
• First Name
• Last Name
• Gender
• DOB
• Zip Code

After sending those data points to Milliman, the service will populate a grid with all prescription information. A user can click on individual prescriptions to indicate that the prescription is used. Carriers will also have the option to send ALL prescription information in the 103 submission (this includes prescriptions that were not clicked on).
