iGO Admin Tool
The iGO Admin Tool is a secure tool which allows administrators to search for and view started, pending, and submitted Case data within their Carrier channel. The iGO Admin Tool allows authorized users to view Case statuses, resend e-Signature emails, unlock e-Signature links, and view the dates and times of individual Case events.

- Availability: The out-of-the-box iGO Admin Tool is available for all Carriers. Custom modifications and configurations are not available for this tool. By requesting and accepting access to this tool, customers accept that the tool is a standard, out-of-the-box, complimentary offering by iPipeline.
