Enable “On Behalf Of” feature for BGAs

Enable our “On Behalf Of Many” and “On Behalf of Agent” feature for BGAs.  The “On Behalf Of” functionality allows secondary users to log into Illustrations and iGO on behalf of a primary user. Authorized secondary users have access to proactively start new Cases, view existing Cases, and modify Cases on behalf of the Primary user.

Professional Services Costs: Yes.

Availability: This functionality is available to Illustrations and iGO e-App customers utilizing a backend administrative system of users and SSO capabilities.
