Email Notifications
iPipeline’s Resonant includes a complete email correspondence component. Email templates are defined and managed using the Resonant Email Administration application and can be sent manually or automatically.
Emails may be initiated in the following ways:
- Automatically, in response to conditions defined within Resonant’s guidelines, such as when an application is received or approved
- Automatically, according to a defined schedule, such as a status summary sent to every agent each morning
- Manually, by individual users who select a template and then custom-author as needed
Outbound or Bi-Directional Configuration Options
Emails can be configured to be outbound only, sent from the Resonant server through a Carrier-supplied gateway. Alternatively, emails can be bi-directional, allowing agents and other recipients to reply directly back to the case being managed within Resonant.
