  Prior Year Comparisons
The iGO dashboards have been enhanced with prior year comparisons to quickly gauge your organization’s performance over time. The “Prior Year” comparison is always for the same date range selected in the Date filter, just one year back. For example, you can now see your percentage increase in submitted applications for Q2 2021 vs Q2 2020.

  Drill-Down Report
You can now right click any visual on a dashboard and choose to “drill through” to the Application Details Report. This report has the same information as the Standard Detail Report and shows the underlying application details behind that visual. For example, if you right click and drill through on a trend line showing you had 100 started applications in the month of July, you’ll get a report with the details of those 100 applications including the Client ID, proposed insured, PI age, product, start date, face amount, and more.

  Consistent Report Fields
The same columns now display consistently across all iGO reports. You can also now search by a single Client ID on any report for quick analysis.

  Standard Detail Report
The standard detail report now shows applications in all statuses, started, locked, and submitted. (not just locked).

  New GAID Filter
A new GAID filter has been added to all reports and dashboards for easier reporting.

  Data Factory Powered by Snowflake | Self-Service Reporting

With this upgrade, your iGO, Illustrations, and PHS data is now available via our Data Factory Powered by Snowflake. This offering allows you to access and query real-time eApp data – not just the 150 standard fields, but thousands of fields that are part of your application. Data delivery via Snowflake means that datasets are updated consistently and automatically – enabling current and historical snapshots of data for powerful reporting and analytics that can help you gain visibility into your lines of business, compliance/audit reporting, self-serve key performance indicators, integrate data into your own CRM, and combine with your other data sets for a 360 view of your business. Note: This service is subscription-based.
