Compliance e-Sign Workflows (Principal Signer)
Carriers have the ability to incorporate a second “agent/producer” signer or approver within their e-Signature workflows. Upon consumer e-Signature completion, the primary agent is sent an email containing a link with which they may review the application and apply their electronic signature. Based on rules identified by the Carrier, the application may then be sent via email to a second agent to review and e-Sign as well. Once the second agent has completed the e-Sign process, the e-App is submitted.
