Additionally, multiple people can be working on the same case at the same time. This reduces delays and errors caused by miscommunication, unnecessary data re-entry, and data duplication.

Management View

Management can easily look across the whole business and, in a single view, see everything that’s happening with a case. Additionally, management can access the case list, which displays all cases assigned to case managers and underwriters.
