Case Actions
Each Case located on the My Cases dashboard has a corresponding Case Actions drop down menu. Case actions are generally configurable, and may be turned on or off at the customer’s request. For more information regarding additional case actions and case action availability, please contact your iPipeline Sales Rep or Project team.
- Subscription Cost: Some Case actions may require a subscription cost.
- Requires Implementation: Some Case actions may require configuration and testing.
- Professional Service Cost: There may be costs associated with Case actions that require configuration and testing.
- Availability: Some Case actions come out-of-the-box to subscribed Carriers, while other Case actions require configuration and testing to enable.
