Alerts and Notifications
The ability to configure and send various notifications and alerts comes out-of-the-box with a DocFast subscription to help streamline and further expedite the delivery process.
With DocFast’s alert functionality, you can:
- Send reminder emails when a document is within a certain number of days from expiring
- Expire the email link sent to consumers to access the document
- Notify Carrier, Agent and Consumer users when an email link is about to expire
- Include a disclaimer in the footer of email notifications
- Remind the consumer if they have not downloaded the signed document
- Send reminder email notifications to Agents and Consumers if they have not approved and/or signed the document
- Configure the maximum number of reminder emails, wait time, and frequency on a per user type basis (e.g. Agent, Carrier, Consumer)
