Agent Information in Reports
LifePipe offers the ability to enter Agent information such as name, phone number, and license number on the Insurance Quote Search page.
When entered, this information is also included in the reports. This feature is especially helpful for Agency users who run quotes on behalf of their agents, so that their agent’s information can be included in the reports.
Note: This feature must be configured. To enable the Agent Information feature, users must navigate to the User Profile page and choose the Show Agent Information on Search screen option on the settings tab. See our article on Adding Agent Information to a Report for additional information.
