Wet Signed Carrier Forms via DTCC

AFFIRM allows Financial Advisors to attach/upload wet signed forms packet to a new business/subsequent payment order that will route to Carrier via DTCC attachment service: http://www.dtcc.com/wealth-management-services/insurance-and-retirement-services/attachments

This process only sends PDF attachments/documents that were uploaded in the carrier attachment control on the forms submit tab during the order entry process for new business/subsequent payment transactions.

There are two sides to an attachment implementation, a carrier side so that carrier can test the feature themselves and a distributor implementation so that the feature can be tested with their participating carriers.
