Guideline Manager
The Guideline Manager stores the logic that drives the platform. Within the Guideline Manager, you can configure all guidelines, including product, underwriting, operational, replacements, suitability, forms, and correspondence.
These sample guidelines define the medical evidence requirements for a set of Life products.

Self-Service
With iPipeline’s Guideline Manager, business staff define and manage all their new business and underwriting guidelines, without the need to code. The user-friendly interface is in a familiar document layout, which dramatically reduces time needed to add a new product, change a form, or update underwriting criteria.
Ability to Leverage Existing Guideline Documents
Guideline Manager is designed to closely follow the structure of a carrier’s existing documents, including:
- Products – this includes all applicable restrictions
- Medical Underwriting – medical requirements, build tables, class eligibility, and scoring
- Operational documents – IGO/NIGO conditions, forms, procedures, correspondence, assignments, SLAs, and authority limits
- Regulatory documents – replacement, suitability, AML, and agent licensing & appointment
- Reinsurance documents – reinsurer, retention, and conditions for facultative processing
