Pass Financial Advisor Seed Data
The Financial Advisor tab, shown below, allows users to enter financial advisor information for the corresponding order. Alternatively, users can choose to pass financial advisor seed data into the AFFIRM system, eliminating the need to manually enter this data at the beginning of each order.
AFFIRM can send in and lock down the following fields:
- Primary financial advisor
- Financial advisor teams with their split percent
- Order takers (if they differ from the financial advisor entering the order)
The Financial Advisor tab can also be hidden for users who choose to pass this data into the system and the Product tab will be the first tab available for data entry.
Note: There may be a cost associated with locking down fields or hiding the screen due to passed in seed data. There is no additional cost of sending in seed data when seed data transmission has already been established and the data is in the standard format.
