New UI Bug Fixes

• Patched bug where duplicate forms were adding totals from previous form(s).
• Patched bug where additional signers were not showing up on AdobeSign signer dialog.
• Added missing bulk user operations dropdown and functionality in the Administration tab in the admin template.
• Patched bug where the advisor/rep was being added to the list of signers twice in DocuSign signer dialog.
• Patched bug where clicking OK on delete user confirmation modal would delete selected user but not dismiss the modal. Clicking on the OK button a second time would result in an error.
• Patched bug where Signix optional signers were not being correctly assigned.
• Patched bug where typing ‘Q’ would trigger quick search dropdown regardless of where it is typed. (even in form field)
• Patched bug where quick search would not filter forms with capital letters.
