iPipeline Canada Support Status
Our platform is continuously monitored for outages, slowdowns, or other issues. Should there be any interruptions in service, we’ll provide status updates here.
Windows Updates
Regularly scheduled Windows patching will be applied to WealthServ production systems weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM ET. During this period there may be intermittent periods during which the WealthServ Production environment will be unavailable and there may be delays in normal service timeframes.
Holiday Schedule
iPipeline Canada Support Desk will be closed on Wednesday, December 25 and Thursday, December 26 in observance of Christmas and Boxing Day. The Support Desk will reopen on Friday, December 27 at 9 AM EDT.
Our applications will continue to be available to users during holiday office closures. For Severity 1 emergency issues only during the Support Desk closure, please contact our Emergency Support line 888-446-4282 or email prodoutage@ipipeline.pagerduty.com. For all other issues, please open a Support Ticket as usual and a member of the Support Team will action your request as soon as possible.

Please note that the system may be down at any point during this period. Reports scheduled during this period will resume automatically should the system be unavailable at the report’s scheduled time.

December 11, 2024 07:45 AM EST - ALERT: WealthServ Insurance and Advisor – Secure Messaging – An issue has been identified where secure messages are displaying as unread even though the message has been previously read. This is a display issue, the messages are being correctly flagged as read, but are displaying incorrectly as read when the mailbox is viewed. This may show all messages as being unread in a mailbox. The Team is working on a fix to resolve.

Crystal will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes and any reports running during the restart will need to be re-run.
