Base Reports

DocFast includes several built-in reports that can be run on-demand by a Carrier Case Manager Administrator user to assist with measuring agency adoption, usage and document delivery details. The following reports are included out of the box with a DocFast subscription:

• Elapsed Time Analysis: Shows the elapsed time from when the document was created
• Policy Count Average Time By Supplier Distributor Status: Shows delivery statistics per Distributor
• Policy Count By Detailed Status For A Specific Time Range: Shows document count per status (e.g. Sent to Agent, Delivery Requirements Received etc..)
• Policy Count By Detailed Status for Distributors and Direct Writers: Shows document count and statistics for Distributors and Direct Writers
• Policy Count By High Level Status for Direct Writers: Shows document count and statistics for Direct Writers (e.g. In process, completed, printed)
• Policy Count By High Level Status for Distributors: Shows document count and statistics for Distributors. (e.g. In process, completed, printed)
• Policy Count By Status Horizontal Data: Shows document count and statistics for each status (e.g. Sent to Agent, Delivery Requirements Received etc…)
• Policy Count By Submitted – Completed – Printed Status for Monthly Interval: Shows document count and percentages for completed verse printed
• Policy Detail: Shows individual document transaction details with status
