Policy Upsell

The Policy Upsell feature allows Carrier customers to offer alternative coverage options for Term Insurance products. With this feature, agents are notified via the DocFast dashboard that their client is eligible for additional coverage amounts and they are given the option to change the face amount, payment mode, and the term length within the user interface.

Policies that are changed can be submitted back to the Carrier using a DocFast electronic Change Request for re-issue or dynamically amended to the policy so the Agent can sign immediately. Policy Upsell allows Carriers to increase premium and simplify the policy change request process.
