BCC and CC Email Addresses
The email notifications feature allows Carriers to add BCC and CC email addresses to the notification emails that get sent to Case Managers, Agents, and Consumers. This feature enables Carrier customers to store a copy of all email communications in a Carrier mailbox for compliance and auditing purposes.
Note: Each email template available in the system can have a unique BCC or CC configured email address (if required).
