Alternate Package Types
This feature allows Carriers to configure different consumer portal and email template verbiage/branding based on a “Package Type” variable provided in the 189 ACORD transmission. This allows Carriers to better support other document delivery journeys with specific branding/messaging that makes sense for the type of document being delivered. (e.g. Annuity, Declined Application, Other documents).
