Add Personalized Forms to Your Forms Engine

Personalized forms, such as a cover page, can be added to any forms package through FormsPipe’s customer kit functionality. Custom forms can be uploaded and configured within the iService administrative tool and rules can be created to identify which carrier(s) and product packages each form should be bundled with.

Custom settings can additionally be applied to each form, such as an effective date, expiration date, and option to automatically include the form in a package. Certain forms can also be configured to be permanently attached to a package.
